Terms of Use

The terms for using this website and the contractor portal.

Last updated October 8, 2026

Information on this site

This site describes Ironhand Energy, LLC and its services in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract. Work is done only under a signed agreement or an accepted quote, and that document governs it.

The contractor portal

The contractor portal is provided by Viper Consulting, Inc. for Ironhand Energy, for contractors and others invited by Ironhand. Keep your login to yourself, and tell the office straight away if you think someone else has used it. Your signed master agreement and work orders govern your work and pay; the portal keeps the record of them.

Using this site

Do not interfere with the site or the portal, try to reach any part of them you were not given, upload anything harmful, copy them in bulk, or pretend to be someone else.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites are there for convenience. Those sites have their own terms, and a link is not an endorsement.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Ironhand Energy is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it.

Our name and logo

The Ironhand Energy name and logo belong to Ironhand Energy, LLC and may not be used without permission. The Intellectual Property page says more, and Policy and Infringement Claims says how to report a concern.

Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions to info@ironhandenergy.com.
