Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and how it is kept.

This website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not sell or share information about visitors. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (such as the time of a visit and the address it came from) to keep the site running and secure. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send.

Contractors

When you work with Ironhand as a contractor, the contractor portal collects what is needed to engage and pay you: your name, business name and contact details, your W-9, your direct deposit details, insurance certificates and licenses, the agreements you sign, the days you log with their receipts and photos, your invoices, and the payments made to you. We use it only to manage your work with us, pay you, and meet our tax and legal obligations.

Customers

For customers we keep the contacts, billing details, purchase orders, invoices and payments needed to do the work and bill for it.

Who it is shared with

We share information only with those who help us do that work, such as our bank, our accounting software, our email provider, Viper Consulting, Inc., which provides the contractor portal, and our accountant, or where the law requires. We do not sell it.

Bank details and sign-in

Direct deposit details are shown masked in the portal, and each time the office views them in full it is recorded. The portal uses cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember a device you have chosen to trust; they are not used for advertising.

Questions

Ask the office any time about the information we hold about you, or to correct it. Contractors can write to admin@ironhandenergy.com; anyone else to info@ironhandenergy.com.
